You may return any item within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@veloce.es within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photo(s) of the item(s).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Each return request is reviewed individually and handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the customer's location, shipping logistics, and applicable international regulations.
Due to international shipping constraints and import regulations, return options, instructions, and eligibility may vary depending on the country of delivery.
3. Exchanges or Returns:
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item or size — or simply return it — shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds:
